Founded in 2005, Cobalt ICT started as a small cyber security consultancy run by its founder, Martin Kayes, and the company has developed over time to specialise in investigating cyber fraud and online scams, and the tracing and location of missing and absconded persons using advanced OSINT and other specialist techniques.

We consult to television production companies and the media to locate persons of interest for filming, interviews and for submitting ‘right to replies’. Additionally, with Martin Kayes being a private investigator specialising in high-profile crimes, we also provide services to investigate the facts and events, research the cases, verify the evidence and appear in their programmes and articles as a subject matter expert.

Martin holds the industry-leading cyber security accreditation of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and over the past twenty-five years has grown his skill-set to include working as a private investigator on high-profile murder cases, missing persons, fraud and crimes against children. Martin has also appeared in many documentaries and newspaper articles discussing various elements of the cases.
